This policy explains how SiliconBangla LLC ("SiliconBangla", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through www.siliconbangla.com (the "Site"). It does not cover the websites, apps or services of IzzLifeShop, Coinfolytics or CasualLab Interactive. Each brand publishes its own privacy policy:

Who is responsible
SiliconBangla LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 1603 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA, is the controller of personal data collected through the Site. Contact: our contact form (topic Legal), or by post to the registered office.
Data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select (on the contact page) and your message.
- Careers form: your name, email address, the role or area you name, any link you provide and your message.
- Server and security logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type (user agent), referring page and response status. These are recorded automatically when you visit the Site.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, financial or government identity information. Please do not include it in a message.
How we use data, and our legal bases
- To reply to your inquiry and keep a record of the correspondence. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us.
- To assess your application for current or future roles. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
- To keep the Site secure and available, including limiting repeated form submissions and detecting abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
The Site sets one cookie: a security cookie that protects the contact and careers forms against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary, holds a random token and no personal information, and expires when you close your browser. The Site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Who we share data with
Form messages are delivered by email to a company inbox. We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery, and they process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor if our business is reorganized or sold. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
SiliconBangla LLC is registered in the United States. We and our service providers may process personal data in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires a safeguard for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards in our service providers' data processing terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Inquiries and applications: only as long as we need them to respond, to assess an application and to keep a record of the correspondence. We then delete them, unless we must keep them longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
- Server and security logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or overwritten, unless we need them longer to investigate an incident.
- Rate-limiting data: your IP address is held only in server memory, for up to 10 minutes, to limit repeated form submissions. It is not written to disk.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. We do not treat anyone differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, use our contact form and choose the topic Legal, or write to us by post. We may need to verify your identity first. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS. The forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse, and access to messages is limited to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. We will highlight material changes on this page.
